ETHICAL POLICY

Our overall ethical approach to our business operations and management is based on a simple principle: We will endeavour to conduct all of our internal and external dealings with fairness, integrity and professionalism.

Different legislation and cultural norms exist throughout the world and whilst we respect that diversity there are certain principles that we expect all of our business dealings to adhere to:

1. All suppliers to be treated on a fair and equitable basis.
2. There will be zero tolerance of obligations or inducements which might affect purchasing decisions.
3. We will abide by the agreed terms, provided that the supplier has, as far as possible, provided the goods and servicesin accordance with those terms.
4. We will not tolerate bullying or harassment.
5. The use of child labour is unacceptable. All labour must meet the stautory minimum age for the country concerned.
6. Safe working conditions must be provided and maintained for all employees bearing in mind the prevailing legislation of the country concerned.
7. The use of forced, involuntsary or prison labour is unacceptable.
8. All staff must be remunerated at a fair market rate.

As part of our ethical policy we are encouraging all factories situated outside the EU to seek independent accreditation to ethical standards. Several of our partners ahave already achieved this and we hope to have all suppliers meeting this standard by the end of 2009.
